By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Orders & Payment
• Orders must be paid in full before fulfillment.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Delivery & Pick-Up
We take great care in delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
Delivery Hours Policy
Stemme Floral does not make deliveries before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM.
Exceptions may be made for scheduled events or activations that have been explicitly authorized by the owner. All special delivery requests outside of standard delivery hours must be approved in advance.
Perishable Nature of Flowers
Due to the perishable nature of our products, certain environmental factors—such as weather, placement, air temperature, watering, and general care—may impact the freshness and longevity of your flowers.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will thoughtfully consider requests for a refresh and, in many cases, will happily replace your Stemme Floral product.
Refunds & Replacements are subject to the following conditions:
• Flowers must be cared for according to provided instructions.
• Issues due to improper handling or lack of care do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
• We may request photos of the arrangement to assess the issue.
• Refunds are granted at our discretion and will be issued as store credit.
