Stemme Floral Subscription FAQs
Q: Can I choose the colors or style of my flowers?
A: Yes! After you sign up, be sure to fill out the preference form at checkout to share your favorite colors, vibe, and style. I’ll do my best to customize your blooms to match your taste with each delivery but trust me, every arrangement will feel like you.
Q: What if I want to skip a delivery or send my flowers to someone else?
A: Life happens and yes, you can absolutely skip a delivery or gift your subscription to someone else for that cycle. Just email me at quinshada@stemme.me by the Thursday before your scheduled delivery, and I’ll get it handled for you.
Q: Is there a delivery fee?
A: For subscription members, delivery is free across Dallas–Fort Worth (normally $15 per delivery). It’s just one of the perks of being part of the Stemme Circle.
Q: When do deliveries happen?
A: Deliveries are made every other Friday morning. While I can't guarantee a specific time due to my delivery route, all flowers are delivered fresh by end of day.
Q: How does the subscription work?
A: You choose your size (Medium or Large), pay a one-time $20 joining fee, and then receive hand-delivered, custom arrangements biweekly. You’ll also get exclusive perks like birthday blooms, experience discounts, and priority access to special drops.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes! You’re never locked in. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal or by emailing me directly at quinshada@stemme.me.
Q: Do you deliver to businesses too?
A: Absolutely! Whether you're in an office suite or retail space, Stemme can bring fresh blooms to your business. Just be sure to provide your floor, suite number, and any access codes when you sign up.
